Working at rePurpose Global meaning living the words 'repurpose' and 'global'. With electrifying energy, everyone working from around the world, different backgrounds, different skill sets, working for the same purpose. Although I am in the far east in Southeast Asia, in a different timezone, my team and organization ensure that despite country and continental boundaries, everyone feels safe, seen, and celebrated. That trickles down to the work that we handle, on the way we approach and collaborate, on the impact we are building to our Partners and for the environment.

Working at rePurpose for the past two years has been an incredible journey. we all work with passion, support each other, and grow together. I am especially grateful for the opportunity to leverage my actuarial background to build and develop tools for the waste management sector. It's rewarding to see my ideas being explored and implemented, continuously contributing to our collective success.
I never thought I would end up caring about my work here so much, but I do. This company gives me the freedom to exceed my own expectations and refine my skills every day — no matter who you are and what you do, your voice matters at rPG, and your suggestions are always considered. I believe that our "there is no such thing as a wrong answer" mentality is what keeps us driven within the organization
Joining rePurpose is nothing short of a homecoming. Having spent a decade in waste management and half of that time with a corporation, I knew I had to get back to the social sector, and voila! rePurpose Global happened and I have never been happier. Knowing that my work helps create impact at the grassroots level motivates me to do more and push harder every day.
I joined rePurpose in 2021, and every day has brought new challenges and opportunities to learn something new. In my time here, I have found the resources and support to master multiple project management tools as well as mentors who proactively help me excel in my profession. What I love most though is that I get the rare opportunity to witness the Plastic Action Movement transform into a global revolution!
